1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the koyo4d website accessible at koyo4d.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and any associated applications.
• "Member" / "Player" / "User" means any individual who has completed the registration process and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Member upon successful registration, through which all gaming and financial activities are conducted.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and outstanding withdrawable winnings held within a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins allocation, cashback amount, or other incentive awarded by koyo4d to a Member under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative wagering turnover a Member must achieve before any Bonus or Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by koyo4d to confirm a Member's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used on the koyo4d Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or koyo4d's internal compliance policies.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, game content, design elements, software code, text, and other proprietary materials belonging to koyo4d or its licensed content providers.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on koyo4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated bots or scripts may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute and where koyo4d has determined that offering services is not appropriate.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of koyo4d or any of its affiliated game studio providers.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the koyo4d Platform or any other platform operated by the same group entity.
• You must be using your own funds and not acting on behalf of a third party.

koyo4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Members who are found to have provided false eligibility information during or after registration will have their accounts permanently closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited, subject to a review process.

3 Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or "bonus-farming" accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. koyo4d will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our customer support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) so that appropriate protective measures can be applied.

koyo4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the rejection.

4 KYC Verification

koyo4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal, and koyo4d may request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license). The document must be current, valid, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older, typically evidenced by the date of birth shown on your identity document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your full name and residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Verification that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account showing your registered name).
• Source of Funds Declaration: For high-value accounts, koyo4d may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe (typically 14 calendar days from the request date) will result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved. Persistent non-compliance may result in permanent account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on koyo4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion charges are applied by koyo4d; any conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside koyo4d's control.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Member tier; please refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for current limits.
• Supported deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes of successful transfer confirmation. In the event of a delay, please contact customer support with your proof of transfer.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day vary by Member tier.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the koyo4d account. Cross-name withdrawals will not be processed.
• Standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 5 to 30 minutes, subject to KYC completion and any applicable compliance checks.
• koyo4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• koyo4d reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request at its discretion, without limitation on the grounds for such a request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

koyo4d offers various bonus and promotional programs from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The specific terms of each promotion are set out in the relevant promotion's individual Terms & Conditions, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

General bonus terms that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are awarded only to Members who have completed account registration and, where applicable, initial KYC verification.
• Each Member is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• The standard Wagering Requirement for deposit bonuses on koyo4d is 10x (ten times) the combined value of the deposit plus the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Wagering contributions toward Wagering Requirements vary by game category. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting contributions may vary — refer to the specific promotion terms for the applicable contribution rates.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise transferred between Members or accounts.
• koyo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of Members who have already claimed and are actively wagering on a bonus.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploitation of platform errors to maximize bonus value, will result in disqualification from the promotion and may result in permanent account suspension.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the koyo4d Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing any bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Me mber, except where an explicit "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" feature is available for the specific market and that feature has been activated.
• koyo4d reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed at an erroneous price, on an incorrect market, or as a result of a technical error on the Platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game round, koyo4d's decision, made in good faith and based on available evidence, shall be final and binding.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results are sourced from officially published results of the respective draw organizer. koyo4d accepts no responsibility for delays or errors originating from the draw organizer's own systems.
• For sabung ayam (live cockfighting) markets, bets are accepted only while the relevant event is live and the market is open. Results are determined by the declared outcome at the conclusion of the match by the arena operator.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game and per market. Current limits are displayed within the game interface or market listing at the time of bet placement.
• koyo4d uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual and slot games, independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. RNG certification records are available upon request.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the koyo4d Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes or odds.
• Exploiting identified software bugs, platform errors, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other form of financial fraud or illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or compliance restrictions.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your bank or payment provider without prior authorization from koyo4d's finance team.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing koyo4d staff, agents, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any koyo4d content, branding, or game material without express written authorization.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the koyo4d Platform — including but not limited to the koyo4d brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, game content supplied by studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of koyo4d or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of any Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of koyo4d's intellectual property — or that of its game studio partners — will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

10 Privacy & Data

koyo4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

koyo4d implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing infrastructure, and strict internal access controls to protect Member data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

koyo4d will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (including KYC verification partners, payment processors, and fraud detection services) strictly on a need-to-know basis and under binding data protection agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koyo4d, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Member's use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, koyo4d shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, regulatory action, or force majeure events.
• Errors in displayed odds, game outcomes, or promotional details that result from third-party data feed failures outside koyo4d's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your own failure to secure your login credentials.
• Losses arising from a Member's gambling decisions, including decisions made under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, koyo4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

koyo4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from the Member's bank or payment provider.
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to inactivity review).

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within 7 business days of the closure request, subject to completion of any pending compliance reviews.

13 Responsible Gaming

koyo4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. koyo4d provides a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Members who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to visit the koyo4d Responsible Gaming page, where full details of available tools and external support resources are provided. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist Members who wish to apply any responsible gaming measure to their account.

21+ only. koyo4d strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by anyone under the age of 21. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all balances will be voided.

14 Amendments

koyo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, koyo4d will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to Members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12 of this Agreement.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koyo4d holds its international gaming license. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process.

koyo4d's internal dispute resolution process requires that all complaints be submitted in writing to our customer support team in the first instance. koyo4d commits to acknowledging all written complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually excluded.
